All of our Slinger dishes can be ordered as Vegetarian – just tell us to “Cluck Off!” when ordering!

The Stand's hand-crafted sausage recipe uses locally sourced chicken out of Gainesville, Georgia that is deboned by hand. The chicken sausage is made in 70-pound batches with spices that are sourced from South Georgia.

The brainchild of two local restaurateurs, Delia Champion and Molly Gunn, The Sausage Stand offers a unique menu featuring locally produced chicken sausage. Owner Delia Champion has perfected her sausage recipe over the last 15 years. The organic, hormone-free chicken sausage provides a more flavorful, healthier alternative to fast food in Atlanta. All dishes are prepared with care and presented in a fun and memorable manner - 100% Goodness is guaranteed with each bite!
